Our Mission at MICH

Our Mission at MICH

Our mission statement has not changed over the last decade, yet so much has evolved.

MICH is a vehicle of evolution, always transforming, adapting and growing. No class has ever been repeated in ten years! This makes teaching at MICH very demanding, yet, none of the MICH team would have it any other way.

We are always pushing the envelope of understanding, and we love the challenge.  MICH keeps us moving and growing.

Focus on Vitality and Well-being

Focusing on vitality and well-being grounds us in the reality of life’s challenges, and on the practical ways to help ourselves and others live fully.  Research has proven stress to be the key contributing factor in the creation of chronic disease in our modern-day life. In particular, research in the area of cellular mitochondria is revealing the subtle mechanisms by which chronic disease in all its forms, including cancer, develops.

For more information on the most recent research we’ve integrated into our curriculum, visit our Resources section.

These subtle mechanisms are also proving to be the same mechanisms involved in the action of homeopathic remedies. MICH, by keeping abreast of leading edge research, continues to evolve our understanding of health, disease and the action of homeopathic remedies.

Chronic disease occurs when the organism has difficulty adapting to change, in other words, is unable to evolve in the way required for adaptation to occur.  Here again, the mitochondria play a key role.

The means for evolution requires access to the infinite possibilities available in the quantum dimension, which is mediated by the mitochondria. We have observed how the quantum dimension of homeopathic treatment facilitates this process.  However, in order to exploit this potential of homeopathic treatment, the homeopath must possess a full understanding of homeopathy as an immaterial medicine.

3 Interwoven Elements

These three elements: vitality and well-being, adaptation and evolution, and the immaterial reality of life,  are interwoven into everything we do.

We accomplish our mission by staying faithful to our guiding principles. Our principles assure that the whole person is addressed and considered in his or her uniqueness through a personalized approach. We use Bohm Dialogue as our primary mode of inquiry and communication as it is a catalyst for accessing the dynamic principle of the life force and the immaterial reality underlying material existence.

In order to ensure that we embrace transpersonal, transdisciplinary, transcultural, and non-denominational principles we, through the process of dialogue, bring to the surface any underlying values or beliefs for examination and diligently explore assumptions and the implications of those assumptions.
