“With my training at MICH, needless to say my success rate improved making my clients and me very happy.”
“As a previously trained homeopath, I had been practicing for 10 years prior to enrolling in the program at MICH. My practice was going well, but with hit and miss methods, never giving full satisfaction to me or to my clients. Needless to say, this had to change if I wanted to pursue my passion in homeopathy and my desire to help those who came to me.
In my earlier training as a homeopath, I had acquired a fairly good knowledge of the Materia Medica and was skilled in using the homeopathic Repertory. In the 3 years that I spent at MICH, I added many more skills, such as Self Inquiry alongside personal development where each student was provided his/her own personal homeopath with whom to engage in an inquiry about our own evolution in the process of becoming a better homeopath. I learnt that I had been asking too many questions, leading questions, trying to pin or peg a person to a remedy. I was disconnecting with my clients, getting too focused on getting to the right remedy. At MICH, I learned that homeopathy is not only a science but that it is a fine art as well. I learned how to refine my case taking skills by perfecting my listening skills, most importantly by becoming more aware not only of what the client is telling me, but also of my own self, thus reducing the interpretation tendencies. I learned at MICH with the help of supervisors, who were constantly with us every step of the way, observing and guiding. We were given ample opportunity to sit in on cases as observers and as homeopaths to help refine our skills.
Every year that I spent at MICH my enthusiasm never waned, looking forward to Judyann’s classes. She is truly a gifted teacher and inspired us daily. My 3 years went by as if in meditative relaxation, where the learning just took place at a deeper level. With my training at MICH, needless to say my success rate improved making my clients and me very happy.”
