Homeopathic Approaches to Insomnia

What are the Homeopathic Solutions to Insomnia?

Homeopathy has always been effective in helping sleeplessness.
There used to be a complex appropriately called No Jet-Lag that included Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Chamomilla, Ipecac and Lycopodium in 30CH which many people found effective if taken 2 hours before, every hour during the flight and every 2 hours after the flight until bedtime and sometimes the next day. It works wonders to prevent sleeping problems resulting from a Transcontinental flight.

Many remedies like Cocculus and Ignatia are well known to help restore the sleep cycle or circadian rhythm, especially with sleep issues involved in pregnancy (Pulsatilla), and caring for a new baby. But so are many other remedies, depending on many other factors. You might want some Nux Vomica close by for sleep disturbances due to too much celebration over the holidays!

But the fact is, sleep is a VERY complex function that involves multiple interactions involving various parts of the brain, hormones, and the microbiome. It is affected by everything we do, eat and think during the day, and requires a holistic understanding to be treated effectively. We cannot underestimate the importance of understanding an individual’s overall health when treating insomnia.

Added to this complexity are things like the Zeigarnik effect. Have you ever noticed the tendency to think about unfinished tasks at night?

Have you or anyone you know ever engaged in Revenge bedtime procrastination?

In this 40 minute audio, Judyann shares the latest Sleep Research and reveals, for the first time, the entire MICH Method Process!

What our Students Tell Us

With each exercise and mentorship session, I continue to gain new insight regarding how I move through life. Collectively, these experiences have offered glimpses into what true acceptance feels like (pretty amazing). I am truly grateful to the entire MICH community for helping me to see that I was actually resisting sacredness through expectation. I am very much looking forward to continuing the journey with you all!
